• Sound System and DJ Technical Rider Must be Provided as per the specifications provided post-purchase.

• Flights and Accommodation are not included in the price and will be required post-purchase*

• Both members of Neptune Project attending will be subject to availability**

*Our management will contact you to coordinate the date of the session and travel arrangements. Costs will depend on your location and how much travel is required. A full refund will be available if an agreement on the full booking terms, including but not limited to travel, and accommodation costs cannot be reached.

**If for any reason due to scheduling conflicts both members of Neptune Project are unavailable on your desired performance date and an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.
